Starting in January 2011, I challenged myself to workout for 90 days. I'm closing in on those 90 days and I have only missed a handful of days. I allow one day a week to recover and have had a few days that I was just unable to, either due to a sickness or life getting in the way. I'm down 19 lbs and counting. I finally feel like I may just have this living a happy healthy life thing nearly figured out. I mean, don't get me wrong - I am so not a whiz at this yet, but I am so much closer than I was 3 months ago. I still have a long way to go to meet my ultimate goal of 100 lbs, and with each day I learn something new, either about myself or about working out and eating healthy. I know I have a lot still to learn and to accomplish and I look forward to doing it and bragging about later. ;)
You are AMAZING TO ME!!!!!! Don't you love you after awhile you kind of get addicted to working out? I can't go a day w/o some sort of exercise now! :) I love you Em, so proud of you!
